What's the safest home exercise equipment when you have very young children in the house?

If you have small children (aged under three years), we end up spending a lot of time, seemingly at home, and it's hard to go to the gym. But most treadmills and exercise bikes moving parts that are dangerous for young, curious toddlers. Are there any home gym equipment, child safety, or the means to better devices to check parents' home you already own? Boflex! It is a system of plastic rods, not weight, but strength, and even when you pull on them or play with them, they do not fall on you or beat you or anything. It is very safe, I have 4 younger siblings and they were not injured. I would say to keep sports equipment in a separate room which is normally off limits (such as a bedroom, guest room or basement) and use it for a time as you do not have to monitor your child - for example if she is napping. Or you can train as he / she is in a park. It 's good for you to realize that the exercise equipment has many small moving parts and are not safe for a child who said, I'm sure the large exercise balls would be safe and can be fun for a child! Yoga and aerobics are also a good alternative that does not require any equipment - just a DVD! Pilates is the safest and most beautiful works. even yoga. You can find some yoga tips here>> advise me to do u & u learn yoga teacher.u forms can jump, run, too. An exercise ball! It gives a great workout and can be fun for a child to play! My kids have a shot with mine! ;).
