What do you think of buying exercise equipment for home use?

Is it more efficient for you to the gym or jogging, or what? I think it's a good idea. I do not know if it is more efficient than the gym, but you must do what works for you. I personally go to the gym 5-6 days a week. A guy I worked were very overweight in high school. After he graduated and started working, he bought a Bowflex home gym, because he did not go to the gym. When I worked with him, I would never have believed that he was more than the weight of each item. My sister did not invest in a gym membership so she bought a good quality treadmill. I basically do what you feel comfortable with that move. Good luck. In the long run it is cheaper to invest in their own equipment as long as you keep it. Many of the exercises, but it can be done without buying expensive equipment. In my opinion, it seems that those who know more, buy the team and they are the most likely to fail to reach the mass and form of construction and who want to turn your computer into an expensive clothes rack with a good game weights and some weight plates, curling bar, a bank with multiple flights a bar and pull up the bar is really all you need to train efficiently. As for the cardio aspect, you really do not need a treadmill or stationary bike. All this can be done to get out. Of course, if you are in an area that gets snow, you can expect to get out, but once you start moving, you will not feel the cold. Depends on the level of commitment. I have no means to go to the gym every day, nor do I want to go on a regular basis anyway. I train with Roll Stepper Rock n 'because it is small enough to hide under my desk in my home office recently. So I can be the first workout in the morning or during a break, it's simple and it works for me. Some people like to train out of the house. to the gym would be good if you have a stressful life situation at home and need a break from the kids, or if you need the motivation of a personal trainer. I'm just a lazy hermit, haha!.
